Are you the same studio as Elan Atelier?

Do you accept custom commissions?

Yes. Custom work is central to our practice. We make pieces to scale, finish, and specification for residences, hospitality projects, and trade clients. Write to info@notoatelier.co with the brief and we will respond directly.

What is the typical lead time?

Lead times vary by piece and finish. In-stock pieces ship promptly. Made-to-order pieces typically ship in 12 to 16 weeks. Hospitality programs and large commissions are scheduled by program.

Do you offer trade pricing?

Yes. We operate a dedicated trade program for designers, architects, and developers. Visit Trade Concierge or write to info@notoatelier.co for trade access.

Where do you ship?

We ship globally. Primary markets are the Eastern United States, New York, and Europe. White-glove delivery is available throughout these regions and on request for other locations.

Can I see a piece in person?

Yes. Atelier visits are by appointment in Paris and in the south of France. We can also send larger material and finish samples on request. Write to info@notoatelier.co to arrange.

How do I request a tearsheet?

Each product page on notoatelier.co has a tearsheet link. Enter your email to receive the tearsheet, which includes dimensions, materials, finishes, lead time, and trade pricing notes.

What materials and finishes are available?

Each piece has a standard finish noted on its product page. Custom materials and finishes are available on most pieces. Write to info@notoatelier.co with the brief.

Do you accept returns?

Pieces are made to order with selected materials and finishes, so returns are limited. Damage in transit is covered. Full warranty terms appear on our Materials and Warranty page.
