The Adele Side Table is intimate in scale, intended to sit close to the body: beside a sofa, at the end of a bed, near a reading chair. A slim antique bronze pedestal rises from a heavier gesso base, the proportions held deliberately top-heavy, the silhouette quietly drawing the eye.
Finished in Antique Bronze with Ivory Gesso. The gesso is hand-applied in many layers and finished by hand; the surface holds a soft, low sheen rather than a glassy one.
